For decades now, “Ristorante Il Gabbiano” has been a culinary institution in Saarbrücken, and after moving locations a number of times, it has been at home in our hotel for the past 12 years where it has really come into its own, serving authentic food from the various regions Italy in tastefully decorated surroundings. Get a little taste of “la dolce vita” – and on fine days you can even dine in our quiet and leafy courtyard. Indulge in a romantic candle-lit dinner for two or enjoy a business lunch from a menu that changes weekly.
